This wine boasts a stunning amber hue and impresses the palate with its flawlessly harmonized balance of tartness and residual sugary essence. The wine is extremely extractive and redolent, with the bouquet revealing aromas of walnuts, honey, caramel, and sun-dried apricots, rounded off by a faint whiff of cinnamon. 

The maturation process follows a rigid timeline, with a minimum duration of two years in oak barrels followed by an additional year spent in the bottle. 

This wine has an impressive residuum of sweetness, with a minimum of 120 grams per liter, and an alcohol content of at least 9% volume by volume, in line with the strict standards of viticulture and winemaking.
